Using Top-Up Balance is incredibly easy. Here’s a breakdown:
Simple Funding: In your Transcy app, navigate to Account & Setting => Tap Subscription => Select "Top-up balance". Then, simply enter the amount you want to add to your balance. The minimum top-up amount is $5 (this ensures you have enough to start translating!)
Word Conversion: Your money is automatically converted into words, based on a simple ratio: $1 = 1,000 words. This makes it easy to track your translation capacity
Transaction history: You can check transaction as well as payment history by clicking on the button "Payment history"
Your Balance is Safe! What happens if you uninstall the app, downgrade or upgrade your plan, or switch your billing cycle? No worries! Your Top-Up Balance (your remaining word count) is stored securely on our system and will never be deleted.
Reactivation is a Breeze: If you reinstall the app and reactivate a paid plan, your Top-Up Balance will be right where you left it, ready to use!
