Can I restore manual translation?

Unfortunately, if you've accidentally deleted your manual translations, they can't be directly recovered within the Transcy app itself. We know this isn't ideal, and we're always looking for ways to improve our recovery options in the future.

What Can I Do?

Don't worry, there are still a couple of avenues you can explore:

Contact Transcy Support: The best first step is to reach out to our support team via live chat! Please provide us with as much detail as possible. This includes:

- The specific resource(s) affected: (e.g., a particular product page, collection, or theme element)
- The language the translation was in: (e.g., Spanish, French, German)
- The approximate time you believe the translations were lost: This timeframe helps us investigate potential server-side recovery options.

While we can't guarantee recovery, having this information allows us to explore all possible avenues on our end.

Contact Shopify Support: In some cases, Shopify might be able to assist with data recovery depending on their backup policies. It's worth contacting their support team to see if they have any options available for your store
