How to Cancel Your Extent Quota

If you no longer need the extra extent quota you purchased, you can easily cancel it by following these steps:

Go to your Account menu and select "Change Plan".
Choose a lower plan and click "Get Started" to downgrade. This will remove the extent quota.
Upgrade back to your original plan. This time, choose the option without the extent quota.

Example: If you have the Premium plan with 500 extent glossary rules, you can downgrade to the Growth plan, then upgrade back to Premium without the extra extent quota.

Important: You won't be charged twice for the lower plan during the downgrade or when you upgrade back to your original plan.
