What is the Third-party app resource?
For contents that are built from third-party apps, you can just enable Third-party app function to get all those contents translated automatically without editting the translation.
For more details about 3rd-party apps which we have ability to translate, please visit here.
From Localization menu >> tap Language >> click on a specific target language on the list >> enable Third-party app
Please be advised that you can't edit the translation of contents from 3rd-party apps since we do not integrate with that 3rd-party app to collect data so as to edit the translation.
However, you can easily edit the translation of contents which are created from 3rd-party app such as EComposer Landing Page Builder, OneMobile, which we've cooperated with these partners successfully to make the translation editable.
We've been making more effort to get integration with many more 3rd-party apps to help all users using Transcy more conveniently and effectively.
You can easily find some apps integrated with Transcy in our Integration list menu.
We have 2 types of app integration:
- Basic integration: for 3rd-party apps we can only help to translate content automatically but can't manage/edit the translation manually in-app
Free plan and above can get Basic integration.
- Advance integration: for 3rd-party apps we can help to translate content automatically as well as manage/edit the translation (Editable language) manually in-app
Currently, we're having EComposer Landing Page Builder, OneMobile app, integrated to get the translation can be edited.
Only Transcy paid plan can get Advance integration.
You can search and find suitable integrated apps with your store in Integration list menu.
If you've installed one of our apps list and want to manage the translation. Please kindly check the type of integration and tick on box “I've already installed app, start integrating with Transcy” on the app
Example:
For instance, to edit the translation of OneMobile, after tick on box "I've already installed app, start integrating with Transcy" on OneMobile, you can find OneMobile app and contents that you want to edit the translation (Editable language) in Transcy integration resource under Auto sync source in Manage translation.
Please be advised that you need to install OneMobile and set up everything with this app already to edit the translation in our app.
Transcy Integrations resource is the place to edit the translation of OneMobile app in case you already use these apps.
Please be advised that you only see and manage the translation of 3rd-party apps in Transcy integration resource if you have already installed them on your store and those apps in our Integration list + you mark as “I've already installed app” + those apps belong to Advance integration.
If you've not installed an app, the Translate/Edit button on Transcy integration resource will be disable.
(*) Specially, EComposer Landing Page Builder app, if you have installed this app and already done set up everything, all contents built with this page builer app will be collected in Theme resource in Transcy app for better translation management, click here to learn more.
NOTE:
When the user Unchecks "I've already installed app" of an app in the Integration menu, it will remove the app from the list page.
The sections inside Transcy Integration resource: all the default content sent by the app partner.
We do not support editing default content, please kindly edit default content directly in the app partner.
When you downgrade from a higher plan to Free plan, only show automatic translation, not show manual/edited translation. Manual translation data (if any) is stored for 90 days, after 90 days the data will be deleted.
In case you remove the app partner, its translation data is stored for 90 days, after 90 days the data will be deleted.
If you delete an app partner on your store, that app will be removed out of the Third-party app list.
