Why I cannot see the content to edit translation?
You cannot edit or translate the needed resources, there are 3 reasons behind this situation.
Reason 1: It's because it's not yet synced to our app. Please go Translation => press the button "Sync from Shopify" => then go to find and edit translation again

Reason 3: The resource is spinning, many users experience this "spinning" or infinite loading issue, and often, it boils down to how data is being synced and updated. To resolve this, give the system a few seconds or minutes, depending on the amount of data being processed, to finish loading and updating the content. Once the loading indicator disappears, you should be able to proceed with your translation tasks smoothly

Reason 2: Your contents are built by hard-code which Shopify does not allow to transfer and sync its data to our app so that's why you cannot find and edit its translation manually. In this case, you can enable the 3rd-party app function to let them translated automatically.
