Why is your plugin (switcher) not working?
The Transcy language/currency switcher is a crucial tool for providing a localized experience for your international customers. If you're encountering issues with the switcher not displaying or functioning correctly, here's a simple troubleshooting guide to help you resolve the problem:
1. Verify App Embeds are Enabled:
The most common reason for a non-functioning switcher is that the necessary app embeds are disabled within your Shopify theme settings.
Navigate to your Shopify admin panel.
Go to "Online Store" > "Themes."
Click "Customize" on your active theme.
In the theme editor, look for "App embeds" or a similar section (the exact name may vary depending on your theme).
Ensure that the Transcy app embed is enabled (the toggle switch should be turned on).
Save your changes

2. Confirm Switcher Display Mode is Set to "Everyone":
Transcy offers different display modes for the switcher. If it's not set to "Everyone," it might not be visible to all visitors.
Open your Transcy app within your Shopify admin.
Go to the "Switcher" settings.
Locate the "Display Mode" setting.
Ensure it is set to "Everyone."
