Frustratingly staring at a constantly loading page or resource? Many users experience this "spinning" or infinite loading issue, and often, it boils down to how data is being synced and updated. Let's troubleshoot.
Reason 1: Schedule Sync in Real-Time (Premium/Enterprise)
If you're a Premium or Enterprise user the "Schedule Sync" feature in real-time, this is a common issue. This feature updates content dynamically, but it takes time to process and load all your data whenever you have access on app
Solution: Simply wait! Depending on the volume of information being synced, this can take a few seconds or even minutes. Allow the process to complete fully before attempting any translation actions.

Reason 2: Regular Data Loading (All Plans)
Even without real-time schedule sync, the platform needs time to update its content after changes or updates. This is true for all plan levels. The spinning indicates that this loading process is still underway.
Solution: Again, the solution is to wait. Give the system a few seconds or minutes, depending on the amount of data being processed, to finish loading and updating the content. Once the loading indicator disappears, you should be able to proceed with your translation tasks smoothly.
