1. What is the request support services:



Transcy offers technical support for various needs related to their language switching feature. You can submit a support ticket for the following:

Translation: (tutorial)
Finding and Editing translation content manually.
Requesting "no-translate" for specific content

App embed: (tutorial)
Embedding switcher into unsupported theme.

Customize: (tutorial)
Moving or customizing the switcher's appearance (font, color, etc.) based on customer requests.

- Free support: Available to customers in their trial period or for first-time requests.
- Each support ticket costs $4.90, but complex requests may require multiple tickets as determined by the technical team.
- Partial refunds will be issued if your request cannot be fulfilled, excluding Shopify processing fees.

2. How to submit a request support ticket:



To submit a support ticket:

Click "Request Support" on the right-side bar.
Select "Create ticket".
Choose your Ticket type and provide detailed information about your request.
Click "Submit".
Wait for the ticket to be completed.
