How to search translation to replace
- Firstly, please go Translation => then select on the needed resource => Click on the icon "pencil" to edit
- Here, it's showing your product list => click on your needed product to show its detail content on the left side=> select the relevant contents to edit its translation manually
- You can click on each status to manage whether its translation is completely translated or needs to be updated
Note
- You can browse to search product based on collections, product types and vendors
- Also you can filter product based on product status including Active, Draft, Archived and translation status
- Besides that you can select the needed products or all products to do bulk actions at once such as translate or delete translation
- There are two searching ways including:
Searching with "the search bar" on Manage translation
When searching for a keyword, display:
Both the original content and its translation if available
Highlight the keyword
Help users identify the language and element of the content within the result
Allow users to input a URL of a page containing the keyword they are searching for, and the app will show a corresponding list of results, making it easier for users to identify which result contains their desired keyword
Note:
- Exclude results that are derived from blocked elements
- This kind of "search bar" is available from Premium
Searching on detailed page
- Firstly clicking on the search icon => typing key word => the related results will show across resources => Select the related content and edit
- Firstly, you need to select the needed language as well as resource (selecting multi-resources will be available on Premium plan only) => type your needed translation => choose "Translation" => the related results will show across your chosen resource => Click on "Replace..." => Enter content needed to be replaced
