We're glad to inform you all that at the moment besides translating by Google service we do support to translate target languages through DeepL service.

As long as you already registered a license of DeepL service then you can enter DeepL API key into Language settings. After that you can use Translate by DeepL option to translate target language.

1. HOW TO TAKE API FROM DEEPL

- Firstly, please make sure your registered plan with DeepL API, https://www.deepl.com/pro#developer



Note:
In case you use other plan such DeepL Traslator or DeepL Translator + DeepL Write, the API is not valid to use in our app



- Finally, go your DeepL account => API keys => Create key => Copy and Paste it into our app

2. HOW TO TRANSLATE TARGET LANGUAGE BY DEEPL SERVICE

Account menu >> Localization setting



Enter your DeepL API key into the field >> select Tone of translation's voice that you want >> Save. If it still persists, please give us your DeepL account and password for further investigation



After that, you can go to Manage translation then choose your target language and relevant page >> press Translate button >> select Translate by DeepL to process



Please note that

- we only support to translate language by DeepL service through entering the correct DeepL API key in Language settings, for issues related to DeepL service registration and setup, please kindly contact directly DeepL support for more better advice

- DeepL limits the number of supported languages, please refer to this article to know more about it

3. HOW TO COMPARE THE TRANSLATON TONE IN TRANSCY APP WITH DEEPL

Sometimes, you will not know how exact the translation tone of Transcy is showing in the comparison of DeepL, so I would like to show a way to know it

Login your DeepL account on DeepL link

Select language => Type text needed to translate => Automatic by selecting which tones you want to translate




Go back to our manage translation => Select specific page using DeepL to know if Transcy is showing translation tone as the same DeepL. If not, please feel free to contact us via live chat or email us at support@transcy.io
