Transcy has now been integrated with the Gempage app, allowing Gempage users to easily translate and edit translations of content from Gempage

1. How to translate Gempage by AI translation

- Basically, all contents from Gempage will be automatically translated by AI translation. Please go Localization => Language => Turn on 3rd party app

2. How to find and edit translation of Gempage in app

- To edit translation of content from Gempage, please go Manage translation => Theme => Custom content => Gempage



=> In case you cannot find it on Custom content, please try to use the search bar to find by original content

3. Limitations between Transcy and Gempages

there are some limitations that Transcy cannot find Gempage's content to translate and edit translation in app:

A. Transcy only supports Gempage version 7.0: please make sure your current Gempage version is 7.0, you can recheck on page editor

For example:

Version 6.0



Version 7.0



B. You cannot find Gempage's content to translate and edit translation in app

- Content/Page needs to be published and replaced the current Gempage content with default Shopify page.



- If the content is built by custom code, they cannot not be synced to Transcy to edit translation

For these cases, Transcy has discussed with Gempage, so please contact Gempage for further support
