Transcy refund policy

According to our policy, we do not offer the refund unconditionally after 7 day free trial period. This guarantee is applied for both users choose a monthly app charge or yearly app charge.

Within 7 day free trial, if you are not satisfied with our app and service, please uninstall the app before the trial ends to avoid the automatic charge

This refund policy can be updated at any time, WITHOUT prior notice, and is applicable immediately for ALL subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Service, and its acceptance is mandatory for ALL users.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if ANY efforts of refund policy abuse are detected.
