What is standard process of Human Translate Service after I paid the fee?

After paying for the service fee, you will go through the standard process as following:

A Customer Support (CS) agent will be assigned to support you throughout the process after you create a ticket.

Analyze request stage: Your translation request will be analyzed by our Translate Experts to understand the tone of voice, business industry, and specific goals of your ticket. This is important for the translation team to determine the best approach and terminology to use for the project.

Start Translating: Once the analysis is completed, the translation process will begin. To ensure the high consistency and quality, our Translate Experts will use a smart glossary and terms so that the translations would be accurate and consistent throughout the project.

Rigorous Quality Checks: After the initial translation is completed, it will undergo a rigorous quality check process. This includes a translation self-review by the translator and peer-review with professional native translators to ensure that the final product is of high quality.

Client Review: The translation will be presented to the client for reviewing at this stage. Client can review the accuracy, wording of expression, technical review, and consistency of the translation to ensure that it meets their requirements and expectations. For any translate project, client can have maximum 2 times reviewing the translation.

Approve Final Outcomes: When the review stage has been completed and everything is ready to be published, clients can approve the final outcomes of the translation to their website. The translated content is localized to the target language.

Notes: Clients will have 7 days for reviewing the translation. If clients do not review or approve the translation after 7 days, the translate ticket will be automatically closed.
