Articles on: Frequently Asked Question

Why are some contents, languages are not translated?

There are a couple of reasons why some languages, contents, parts of your store may not be translating

There're some translation statuses including partly translated, translation outdated and untranslated in manage translation

+ Partly translated: there're some contents with Untranslated and Translated
+ Translation outdated: you've changed default content, but you have not updated its translation, so it need to be re-translated to update new translation
+ Untranslated: content is not yet translated or given translation is synced from Shopify

=> To resolve it, please select the needed source => click on "Actions" to access manage translation => filter the status to translate or update translation

Note
Please be advised that in case you want the whole store to be translated automatically without doing any actions in app, you just enable third party translation and ignore the translation status, because the status is just applied for manual translation in app

How to turn on the 3rd party translation

- This function will translate the whole store automatically. Please go to Markets menu --> tap Language --> click on a specific target language on the list --> click on three dots "..." to enable the function "Third-party app" function

- Please be advised that in case you want to edit your translation manually. Please go Translation => then select on the needed resource => Click on the icon "pencil" to edit. For more details can refer on this article
