How to translate Packing slip template

Packing slip is a printed list of items in a shipment that often goes inside a package.

You can customize default content of packing slip template in Shopify admin --> Settings --> Shipping and delivery --> Packing slips

Transcy now support you translate the packing slip template into other target languages easily in Manage translation.


Please be advised this is only available for Advanced language and user from Growth plan


To translate Packing slip template:

Go to Translation => Manage translation --> Shipping and Delivery --> Transcy Cart page notification







NOTE: To compose/edit default content of Packing slip templates, please go back to Shopify settings --> Shipping and delivery --> revise content by yourself or contact Shopify support.


E.g. https://yoursite.myshopify.com/admin/settings/shipping
