What does it mean message says "You've reached the limit of maximum Advanced language"?

Advanced language type is a language source that's synchronized from Shopify. The limit of maximum Advanced language number allowed to add on store is 20 target languages and this is also Shopify's limitation.

In Transcy, we support GROWTH that allows to add up to 5 Advanced languages, PREMIUM and ENTERPRISE can add up fully 20 Advanced languages.

When you add more target language for Advanced language:


If you have reached the limit of maximum 20 Advanced languages in Premium plan or Enterprise you will see these popup to notice:





If you have reached the limit of maximum Advanced languages in Basic or Growth plan:





=> We highly recommend you choose Basic language type to add more target languages instead or Upgrade plan to have more.


When you switch/change target language from Basic to Advanced language


Please note that the number of Advanced language allowed to add that varies on per Transcy plan. So in some cases, you might see this message when you reach the specific limit of your current plan.

FREE: Unavailable

BASIC Only 1 Advanced language

GROWTH: Maximum 5 Advanced languages

PREMIUM: Maximum 20 Advanced languages

ENTERPRISE: Maximum 20 Advanced languages


BASIC LANGUAGE:

FREE: Only 1 Basic language

BASIC: 2 Basic languages or Only 1 Advanced + 1 Basic

GROWTH: Maximum 148 Basic languages

PREMIUM: Maximum 148 Basic languages

ENTERPRISE: Maximum 148 Basic languages
