What is Notifications resource type and how to translate in app?

We would inform a newest resource type "Notifications" which collect default Shopify notifications (Email notifications) from Shopify so that now you can feel free to translate/edit translation of these notifications in app easily.

Once you have translated Email notification completely, your customer make an order by any target language translated (Advance language), the app will connect with that order's data on Shopify to support the email notification in translated target language properly.

Please be advised that it's only available for Advance language and user from Growth plan


Go to Translation => Notification




Select right notification that you want to translate/edit translation --> Translate/ Edit button




NOTE: To compose/edit default content of notifications, please go back to Shopify Settings --> Notifications --> revise default content by yourself or contact Shopify support

E.g. https://yoursite.myshopify.com/admin/settings/notifications



(*) Since Shopify does not support Translatable fields: body. SMS_TEMPLATE anymore so we can't support to translate SMS notification.
