How to use OpenAI translation?
We're glad to inform you all that at the moment besides translating by Google service, DeepL, we do support to translate target languages through OpenAI translation.
As long as you already registered a license of OpenAI translation, then you can enter the API key into Language settings. After that you can use this option to translate target language.

Access on this link https://platform.openai.com/apps => Select API
Choose Setting => Limit => Check if your rate limit is from Tier 1 (gpt-4-turbo) and above, because we just support the model (gpt-4-turbo) and above. If your current tier is Free plan (gpt-3.5-turbo) which is not working with our app, please upgrade your rate limit starting to Tire 1
Finally choose API => Create a new secret key => paste the key to our app
- Account menu >> Localization setting
- Enter your API key as you take from OpenAI into the field >> select Tone of translation's voice that you want >> Save
- After that, you can go to Manage translation then choose your target language and relevant page >> press Translate button >> select Translate by OpenAI to process
Note
- We only support to translate language by OpenAI service through entering the correct OpenAI API key in Language settings, for issues related to OpenAI service registration and setup, please kindly contact directly OpenAI support for more better advice
- OpenAI is generally rated as having higher-quality translations including more accurate and natural-sounding translations along with options to choose different type of tones, so its translation process will be slower than others
- Open AI is just available on some given resources, there're some unsupported resources showing the warning (image below), it's because there're many contents including symbols as well as special characters (~,@,#,ect). For the best quality translations, please use other translation option or edit them manually, meanwhile we're still investigating to optimize it
