Understand Cart Page Notification

Below Currency format section in Currency Settings, you easily find Other settings which include 2 options "Show original price when hover" and "Show notification on Cart page".

This article will help you understand the term of these features then you can use it in the most optimal.

SHOW ORGINAL PRICE WHEN HOVER



Show original price when hover: just turn on this button so it will show your original price of product (default price) when visitor hover on the converted price.








Please be advised that the "Show original price when hover" will NOT work at the checkout page since this page is managed directly by Shopify system.


SHOW NOTIFICATION ON CART PAGE



Show notification on cart page: please be advised that only merchant who are using Shopify payment on store then the target currency can be converted at the checkout page, click here to learn more. Otherwise, the price will be reverted back to the default currency at the checkout page. So as a store owner, you can enable this option to notify visitors the final price which they will pay in on the checkout page will be processed in the default currency.



Please notice there is an option for you choose to show Cart notification for any Switcher mode (Only admin/Everyone).

You could compose content, adjust the text color, background color of the notification.





NOTE:

(*) You could edit and compose the default content on "Cart page notification" yourself.

(*) Please note that we support all regular characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9) and special characters (e.g. @, #, !, etc) with maximum length 1000 characters
