Why can't I preview my store when setting Switcher in Transcy?
You are setting the Switcher and preview how it shows on the online store. However, you cannot see the content of your store on the Preview section but the blank content as bellow
Because your store is enable "password protection". But don't worry, all actions (set up/customize Switcher) are still working fine. You can enable the password to preview the page or simply enter the password here to have a Preview normally.
For sure, you can go directly to your online store to see if everything looks fine after saving Switcher settings.
